All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48- 2 Days estimated Delivery and so should be received within 5 days of the dispatch date, Excluding Sundays and Bank holidays.
If you are out at the time of delivery then a “While you were out” card will be left at your address containing information on how to get your parcel.
Please note that Royal Mail deliveries can take longer than the estimated time frame & we can not refund or resend items that have not arrived until 15 days from the due delivery date.
New Royal Mail rules state that only 4 items of fragrance can be sent in any one package and so if you do purchase more than 4 items of fragrance from us then you will receive more than one package and possibly on different delivery days.
